Fitness and Core Workout Don’t forget we have added a new class that is a great workout for dancers and non-dancers. You leave class feeling like a million dollars. Bonnie, with her fitness education background, teaches how to strengthen the core muscles of the body, giving more balance, power and over-all health. The class is Wednesday 6:00 to 7:00 PM. If we get enough enrollments, we will add a second class on Saturdays at 9:00 AM. So come take a free class and try it out!
